A fantastic holiday home featuring spacious terraces, a pool, and magnificent sea views from the front terraces. The house offers a total of three bedrooms and two cozy living rooms, complete with dining areas, a fireplace, and comfortable sofas. The fully equipped kitchens feature amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, and microwave. Several terraces provide sun or shade depending on the time of day, as well as beautiful views of the sea, the surrounding neighborhood, and the garden. The large swimming pool at the front of the house is surrounded by a terrace, inviting you to relax and unwind.

Within a few minutes on foot (15-20) or by car (5), you can reach a variety of beautiful beaches, a selection of restaurants or supermarkets.

Note: Since April 1, 2024, a tourist tax has been implemented for all new reservations. This tax will be applied per day, per guest aged 13 years and above, with a maximum limit of 7 nights' stay. From April 1 to October 31, the tax is €2 per day, and from November 1 to March 31, it is €1 per day. This tax must be paid before arrival via bank transfer.

– No abandonment of customers upon arrival, early check-in.
– No arriving customers on departure, late check-out.
