Casa Patrizia: Beautiful townhouse in a small complex with a wonderful sea view. The house has a spacious living room with fireplace and dining area, a large fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor. Two bedrooms are located on the upper floor, one with 2 single beds and one with a double bed. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms, built-in wardrobes and are equipped with air conditioning. From the bedrooms you have a great view of the surroundings and the sea. Large windows from the living room lead onto a lovely balcony with dining area and BBQ. Near by is the communal pool of the complex with a beautifully landscaped garden and large gras area, which can also be used for sunbathing. The nearest beach is only a few min. Away, there are also many other beautiful bays and beaches in the area. Within walking distance you can reach supermarkets and numerous of great restaurants.

Special interest holidays:

The area is excellent for water activities such as snorkeling, sailing, fishing etc. Walking is another activity that the area offers fantastic facilities for either along the breathtaking cliffs or in the unspoilt countryside and mountains.

Coast/Beach:

There are several beaches within walking distance of the house. There is the delightful fisherman’s beach at Senhora Da Rocha which is just a 10 minute walk away. Smaller coves can we reached within a similar distance. The beach at Armacao de Pera is one of the longest in the Algarve and is 10-15 minutes walk away.

Travel:

Faro Airport is a 40 minute drive away along the A22 motorway.

Distances:

The lively resort of Albufiera is 15 minutes drive. The large marina at Vilamoura, with its golf courses are 20 mins drive.

Several waterparks are in the area with the nearest just 10 minutes by car.

Algarve shopping complex, with restaurants, designer shops, bowling and multi screen cinema is just 15 minutes drive away.

There is a large supermarket 2 minutes walk from the house. Local restaurants are also as close as 2 minutes away. Armacao de Pera, within walking distance, offers many restaurants, bars and shops.
