• Supervision of building services systems, gas supply and heating systems
• Weekly inspection tours through / around the house, especially with regard to utility facilities
• Payment of auxiliary staff and irregular operating costs such as wood or pit emptying.
• Emptying the associated mailboxes and forwarding important information to the owner
• Keeping an owner accounting system
• Payment of running costs such as electricity, gas, water, etc.
• Receiving, repairing or forwarding damages and other problems
• Organizing and supervising all property keys in use

Management contract

If you are interested in a trustworthy company for administration, please contact us to make an appointment for a personal meeting so that we can then, on the basis of the above-mentioned services and any extra tasks you have brought in, come to a completely non-binding concept management contract, which you can then review and reconsider in peace.

The price for the administration depends of course on the scope of the services you require and can therefore not be given as a lump sum. Prices starting from 100 €.

A management contract is possible in the Portimao-Silves-Albufeira triangle and the Almancil area. A management only contract with own- or companies (other than Algarvacation.com) rental activities is not possible.
